The Eagles announce final 2025 shows at the Las Vegas Sphere. Get tickets

Sorry, U2.
The Eagles just announced they’re adding eight shows to their ongoing ‘Live In Concert at Sphere’ residency, officially surpassing Bono’s group as the Vegas venue’s most frequent house band.
According to the band’s Instagram, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and co.’s final octet of 2025 shows at the visually-spectacular Sin City venue go down Oct. 3-4, Oct. 10-11, Oct. 31 through Nov. 1 and Nov. 7-8.
For those keeping score at home, when all is said and done this year, The Eagles will have played 44 concerts at Sphere dating back to September 2024. U2’s run spanned 40 shows from September 2023 to March 2024.
Prior to the newly-added fall concerts, the “Hotel California” hitmakers are scheduled to headline six nights at Sphere in April and September.
If you haven’t been to one of these Eagles Sphere gigs yet, the classic rockers usually bring 20 songs to the stage — think staples like “Life In The Fast Lane,” “Desperado” and “New Kid In Town” alongside Henley and Walsh solo hits — while a larger-than-life, immersive backdrop pays tribute to the band’s lyrics behind them.
“It used the wrap-around screen to surround the group and audience with dazzling, massive-scale starfields while still making clear that it’s the songs that are the star of the show,” Variety wrote about the band’s debut at Sphere back in September 2024.

Other Las Vegas Sphere shows
When Henley, Walsh, and co. aren’t lighting up the Sphere stage, you can catch Academy Award-nominated director Darren Aronofsky’s ambitious immersive film “Postcard From Earth” or U2’s ‘V-U2’ concert film on most nights.
That’s not all though.
Last month, Dead and Company revived their residency that initially wrapped in August 2024. As of now, Bobby Weir, John Mayer and co. have 12 shows remaining at the eye-popping entertainment epicenter.
Come May, Kenny Chesney takes over the reins for a recently-extended 15-show stay.
Two months later, Backstreet Boys headline an 18-concert Sphere run in July and August.
Finally, UNITY, an exciting collaboration between EDM festival Tomorrowland and producer Insomniac drop in to the Strip for nine shows from August through October.

Vince Gill solo tour 2025
After The Eagles put their Sin City stint on ice (at least until they pick things back up in September), singer and guitarist Vince Gill will strike out on a solo run of his own.
New Yorkers who want to see him are in luck, too. The 22-time Grammy winner has a show booked at the Beacon Theatre on Friday, July 11.

The Eagles band members
When you’ve been “taking it to the limit” since 1971, there’s bound to be a bit of shakeup in your group.
Still, after 50+ years together, 77-year-old founding member Don Henley (drums, vocals, also known for the ’80s smash “Boys of Summer), continues to head the group.
At all Sphere dates, he’s joined by 77-year-old Joe Walsh (who is well known for having lent his talents to the James Gang), 77-year-old Timothy B. Schmit (bassist and vocalist who played with Poco), 22-time Grammy winner Vince Gill and the late Glenn Frey’s 31-year-old son, Deacon.
Past members that are no longer with the band include Frey (who passed away in 2016) and Randy Meisner (died in 2023). Bernie Leadon is still alive but hasn’t played with the band since 2016. As for guitarist Don Felder, he tours with Styx and REO Speedwagon’s Kevin Cronin, although The Post reported he suffered a medical emergency at a recent show.
Over the course of the group’s 53+ years together, The Eagles have received six Grammy Awards, performed over 1,000 concerts, and sold over 150 million albums.
