Prince Harry reveals King Charles ‘won’t speak’ to him, claims he wants ‘reconciliation’ with royal family in bombshell BBC interview

Prince Harry said he would “love a reconciliation” with the British Royal family — but his father, King Charles III, “won’t speak” to him.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, told the BBC that he is willing to move on from the disagreements that have marred the Royal household since he and wife Meghan Markle’s departure because he doesn’t “know how much longer” his father, who is battling cancer, has left.

“There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family,” he told the outlet.

But he said he’s since “forgiven” them.

“I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point continuing to fight anymore, life is precious,” Harry said.

His latest clash with the king stems from Harry’s appeal to maintain his tax-payer funded security detail since moving to America — which he lost on Friday

The legal team behind the decision said it would not be appropriate for Harry to have the publicly-paid-for security since shirking his royal duties.

Harry said Charles “won’t speak to me because of this security stuff” — but admitted “I can’t see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point,” he told the BBC after the court defeat.

In a rare statement, Buckingham Palace told the BBC: “All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion.”

The prince called the legal showdown a “good old-fashioned establishment stitch up,” and said he believes the Royal Family influenced the outcome.

“I’m devastated — not so much as devastated with the loss that I am about the people behind the decision, feeling as though this is okay. Is it a win for them?” he questioned.

“I’m sure there are some people out there, probably most likely the people that wish me harm, [who] consider this a huge win,” he added.

During a two-day hearing at a London court last month, Harry claimed he had been singled out for “unjustified and inferior treatment” when he and his family were stripped of their security detail when they stepped away from Royal life.

On Friday, Sir Geoffrey Vos, Lord Justice David Bean and Lord Justice Andrew Edis announced the ruling — a blow to Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, who has refused to return to the UK following Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022.
