Diddy trial drags Madonna, Judd Apatow, Chadwick Boseman into weekslong battle over rapper’s sex-trafficking, racketeering charges

Madonna, director Judd Apatow and late actor Chadwick Boseman are just the latest celebrities to get name-dropped at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ bombshell Manhattan trial.

The A-listers came up in rapid succession Monday during the testimony of Combs’ ex-assistant Mia — who took the stand under a pseudonym and has accused the disgraced music mogul of sexual assault — as her test messages mentioning the stars were shown to jurors.

After leaving Combs’ Bad Boy Records in 2017, Mia told the jury that she worked for the “Queen of Pop” for eight months, in a position where she was in charge of “a myriad of things.”

“I was hired to lead her film industry. It morphed into multiple roles,” she told jurors in Manhattan federal court, upon questioning by Combs’ attorneys.

Mia, who began working for Combs in 2009 claimed the powerful record producer tried to blacklist her from the industry after she left his company — but Madonna “didn’t care.”

Still, she testified that Combs sought retribution against her by pulling a television show she created and removing her credit from a documentary.

Mia texted Combs many times in the years after she stopped working for him, according to her testimony.

On March 8, 2019, she told him to watch the Netflix show “Love,” directed by Apatow.

Mia also sent Combs a text on May 14, 2020, about the death of record executive and media mogul Andre Harrell — the man credited with discovering the “I’ll Be Missing You” singer.

“Puff my heart is broken about Dre. I’ve spent all week crying for you as well,” Mia texted him.

Later, she also texted about the sudden August 2020 death of 43-year-old “Black Panther” star Boseman, who had been battling colon cancer away from the public eye.

Combs replied: “How are you? Yeah, life is crazy,” the court heard.

Mia, a former live-in assistant, to Combs has accused him of years of abuse — including rape — over several days on the stand at his racketeering and sex-trafficking trial.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

The bombshell trial is set to continue on Tuesday with testimony from a security guard who worked at a Los Angeles hotel where Combs was caught on video beating his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
