Eliza Coupe is scrubbing in to fight her haters.

The “Scrubs” actress, 43, recently spoke out on social media after looking unrecognizable at the premiere of her new Netflix show “The Residence.”

Coupe posed on the red carpet at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles last Wednesday in a gold sequin dress with a black coat draped over her shoulder. She also rocked dramatic smokey eye makeup.

Coupe’s bold look sparked concern with fans on social media — but Coupe quickly hit back at their critiques.

A few day after the premiere, she posted an Instagram with a montage of selfies and videos of herself and declared, “this is what I really look like.”

“Pictures from my camera roll from the past three weeks,” she captioned the clip, with the hashtags “#thisishwhatireallylooklike 🤷🏼‍♀️#truth #haterscanhate #ichooselove #rememberwhoyouare #transmute #elevate #rise #and #shine #love.”

In a second video, Coupe called out her haters again and claimed the images were “wildly altered.”

“My response to all the bad press and wildly altered photos of me floating around the internet. You are all so consistently ridiculous,” Coupe wrote.

“Thank you for making me laugh. Xoxo,” the actress added.

The “Happy Endings” alum mostly got loving support from fans in the comments section of her videos.

“A GORGEOUS HUMAN BEING,” one person wrote.

“Gorgeous inside and out! Talent, beauty, and you re freaking hilarious! Keep doing you boo,” another fan said.

A third supporter wrote, “You don’t have to prove s–t. Always gorgeous.”

But someone else told Coupe, “I hope your okay, I hope you get the help you need.”

“Something is wrong,” a different comment read.

Coupe stars in “The Residence” as Margery Bay Bix, a junior senator from Colorado.

The murder mystery series follows Detective Cordelia Cupp (Uzo Aduba), who spearheads an investigation after a dead body is found at The White House.

The show, produced by “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes, also stars Giancarlo Esposito, Susan Kelechi Watson, Jason Lee, Ken Marino, Edwina Findley and Randall Park.

Coupe is best known for her role as Denise “Jo” Mahoney in the final two seasons of “Scrubs.” The medical sitcom aired on NBC and then ABC from 2001 to 2010.

The actress has also starred in TV shows, including “Happy Endings,” “Future Man” and “Quantico,” as well as the movies “What’s Your Number?” and “Shanghai Calling.”

Last month, Coupe announced she’s coming out with a self-help book titled “Coyote Woman and the Odyssey of Soul Contracts,” which will delve into personal growth and healing.

In her Instagram post teasing the book’s release, she wrote, “I’m very excited to unleash this all to the world. And I am. When it’s all aligned.”
